Certainly, if you prefer either Airbnb and Vrbo you can choose which one.

Can we make owner booking or block out the calendar?

Accepted Answer

You most definitely can. You can do it by going into your account and blocking them (we can show you how this is done if you don’t know how to do this) or you just email the dates you want blocked out and we can do it for you.

If at times we want to clean the property ourselves, can this be done?

Yes, you just have to email us and advise us you are coming down to do the cleaning.

Who arranges maintenance of the property?

Accepted Answer

We normally discuss things like “regular grass mowing” etc but all maintenance issues will be advised before proceding and we can either arrange it for you or you can arrange it yourself.

How do I get started with Bayview Co-hosting?

Start by filling out the “Contact Form” so that we can discuss whether we are setting it up or you already have an existing listing. We can then go through each aspect of you listing to ensure that everything will be ready for your guests

What happens if guests damage my property?

Accepted Answer

We start by contacting the guests as to how it happened and decide whether it was their fault or it happened because of other circumstances. We then send them a quote to repair the damages (if decided it was their fault) and ask them to pay. If they refuse then we get Airbnb support involved and we ask them to determine the best course of action
